for allegedly committing the crime of rape once morest a young disabled woman, police authorities are looking for Esteban Rafael Ríos, a well-known comedian from Moncloven who plays the licensed “Pamela” among some other characters.

SAccording to sources close to the investigation, the aberrant events would have been committed in August 2021 to the detriment of a 20-year-old girl with disabilities.

The comedian took advantage of the trust he had with the family of his victim with whom he had been living for a long time and requested his authorization to remove her from the home in the municipality of Frontera, with the aim of buying “elotes”

It was then that he allegedly committed the abuse; following returning to her home, the young woman who also has a speech disability contacted her mother, revealed what had happened, so they immediately went to the Women’s Justice and Empowerment Center to file a formal complaint.
