The digital certification of births and deaths is a crucial aspect in the management of civil and health records and is important, since digitizing the certificates facilitates access to information, both for the competent authorities and for citizens who need to obtain these certificates quickly and efficiently.
The digitalization of these processes makes it possible to streamline administrative procedures, reducing waiting times and optimizing the resources involved in the issuance of certificates.
Furthermore, digitalization facilitates the integration of information systems between different government entities and related organizations, allowing for improved coordination and data sharing.
It also eliminates the need for manual processes and data re-entry, reduces human error and improves the accuracy of recorded information.
