The incident occurred at the Estrada School in Lanús Oeste and the Specialized Fiscal Unit (UFI) 8 intervened. For her part, the FIT prosecutor agreed with the description of the events, indicating that the young woman “started crying and had a panic attack.” In addition to this, she stated that Julián Álvarez, candidate for mayor for UxP, entered the police station in an “arrogant” manner and threatened the officer: “When we were testifying in the office, Mr. Julián Álvarez wanted to enter with arrogance and told the head of the police station, raising his finger ‘Fix this for me now, free me the person you have held there‘”. However, he continued, the commissioner “did not let him in,” so the applicant “stayed out there” and the alleged victim “again began to become distressed.”
