Today is the last day for listed counter companies (except for financial holdings) to report their first-quarter financial reports. If they fail to submit their quarterly reports, they may face a crisis of being delisted from the market. According to statistics, four listed OTC companies failed to submit their first-quarter financial reports, including listed Longming Green Energy (3018) and Ruxing (4414), OTC Junyi Electronics (3642) and Shenghua Entertainment (4806).
The Taiwan Stock Exchange stated that the domestic and primary listed companies should announce and declare the financial report for the first quarter before May 15. There are 964 companies (including three companies on the Innovation Board and 14 companies excluding financial holding companies). Extended to May 30), except for Longming Green Energy and Ruxing, which were unable to issue financial reports as scheduled, the rest have completed their declarations.

The OTC Buying Center stated that OTC companies should complete the announcement and declaration before today (15th). The number of financial reports in the first quarter was 810 (779 OTC companies in the country and 31 OTC first companies). According to statistics, except Junyi Electronics And Shenghua Entertainment was unable to issue the financial report as scheduled, and the rest have completed the declaration work.
