Located in The Carlyle, a Rosewood Hotel, on the Upper East Side, you can enjoy the delicious menu prepared by executive chef Sylvain Delpique. It is a fixed three-course menu that costs $165. Among the delicacies that you will be able to taste are the East Coast Beach Blonde oysters with ginger mignonette, spring minestrone, lemon and ricotta raviolo, lamb shanks with mint chimichurri, truffle eggs Benedict, bananas foster and much more.
Located in the mythical hotel The Plaza, in Central Park South, during these dates it offers a brunch Easter special, with which you can enjoy a menu full of specialties and seafood, soups, salads, dishes gourmet and desserts to end the meal as it should. Put on your best clothes and have fun like a kid (as Kevin McCallister himself). He brunch it costs 315 dollars.
This prestigious French bistro located on the Upper East Side serves a menu brunch of 72 dollars for these dates. It consists of two dishes to choose between an appetizer and a main course. Among the options that you can taste there are homemade brioche french toast with mascarpone cream and blueberry jam, lobster bisque with celery cream, a lobster and prawn roll with lime mayonnaise, Entrecôte Parisienne (an angus ribeye steak, arugula, hand-cut fries, horseradish or béarnaise butter), and organic poached eggs with smoked salmon at home. You also have a normal menu for both brunch, like lunch and dinner.
It is the new restaurant of chef Christophe Bellanca located on the Upper West Side. For Easter they are offering a special $160 menu, in which diners will be able to choose from dishes such as white asparagus served with caviar and bergamot cream, flan de comté and a duo of lamb with aubergine harissa and pastilla. The final touch is provided by a selection of desserts to share.
This restaurant along the East River, adjacent to the historic Seaport District, will also offer a menu of brunch special for Easter Sunday, by the hand of its executive chef, Jonathan Haffmans and chef de cuisine, Saul Pardo. Includes appetizers such as deviled eggs and lobster bisque, starters such as eggs benedict with Scottish smoked salmon and merguez lamb sausage and harissa ratatouille, and more delights. For 70 dollars you can taste it. You can also opt for your usual letter.
It is the exclusive restaurant of the Hotel Loews Regency New York. It is also famous for its ‘Power Breakfast’, where the dishes are the real stars. The chef in charge of its preparation is Manjit Manohar. This season, delicacies stand out such as baked eggs with tomato, bacon and sourdough toast, and Scotch eggs with short rib, fava, chickpeas and watermelon radish, in the section on brunch. For food they also include recipes such as raw scallop and lobster, Dover sole or Berkshire pork chop. And to finish with a sweet treat, order the key lime pie with hotcross bun ice cream and berries.
It’s a new West Village restaurant focused on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. With a fun and creative menu, for these Easter they will put a basket with eggs that hide prizes, like a round of mimosas, for example.
