FCS Bucharest was rewarded for its last-minute 1-0 win against LASK with a home game against Manchester United, and will also play against Glasgow Rangers (Scotland), TSG Hoffenheim (Germany), Olympiakos Piraeus, PAOK Saloniki (both Greece), Midtjylland (Denmark), Qarabag (Azerbaijan) and FS Riga (Latvia). However, LASK would have received a different draw because, unlike their opponents from Romania, they would not have been drawn from the fourth pot.
