THERE IS a hidden iPhone menu that lets you quickly access some of WhatsApp’s most useful features.

It’s a clever trick that for a long time iPhone users might know.

The feature is called Quick Actions and works from the home screen.

Simply long press an app icon to unlock a hidden menu.

This may not work for all apps, but many apps support this feature.

And one of these applications is Whatsapp.

If you long press on WhatsApp, you will find that several options suddenly appear.

The first three are standard Apple options: Delete app, Share app and Change home screen.

But the last four are WhatsApp-specific features.

At the top of the list is My QR Code.

This will automatically display your Code QR WhatsApp so you can quickly share your details with someone else.

This is handy if you met someone briefly and want to exchange information.

They can just scan the code with their iPhone camera to add you.

The second option in the list is Camera.

This is a quick launch option for the camera, so you can capture a great moment directly in WhatsApp to share with your friends, family or colleagues.

Third on the list is the new chat, which is an easy way to quickly message a contact.

And finally, there is research.

This allows you search the app and your conversations to find key information.

Unlocking this hidden menu and using it regularly might save you a lot of time.

Another WhatsApp trick

This is not the only WhatsApp trick you can do.

It is possible to change your WhatsApp messages to a secret minivan police.

A monospaced font is a font in which each letter and character takes up exactly the same amount of horizontal space.

First, you’ll need to locate the backtick icon, which looks like an inverted apostrophe. On your phone, just hold down the apostrophe icon and it will show up.

Then place three before and following your message, like this: “`text goes here“

This will monospace your message, which will definitely confuse your friends.
