The results of the entrance exam to the Administrative Career Preparation School (EPCA) held from May 4 to 5, 2024 in Libreville are eagerly awaited by thousands of candidates whose hearts are racing. In a brief interview given to Gabonactu.com, the Director General of this great school, Rodrigues Mikolo Banaka, also coordinator of the said competition, reassured that in accordance with the firm instructions of the President of the Transition, General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, there will be no cheating, often feared by applicants.
“I am not afraid of cheating because we have put in place mechanisms to ensure that there is rigor in the management and handling of copies. And the people who were chosen by the Minister of the Civil Service, Louise Boukandou Moussavou to run this secretariat, are sworn people”indicated Mr. Mikolo Banaka.
Unlike the last EPCA competition in 2016 which had 11,000 candidates, the 2024 competition mobilized more than 15,000 candidates. A craze which might be explained by the national character of the competition.
“The EPCA Competition is a national competition, all the provinces and all the administrations are there,” he justified, also indicating that “as soon as you leave the EPCA you are directly in the job market”.
For the boss of the EPCA, the specificity of this competition is noted on its plural side. It’s three competitions in one which were organized across the three cycles: A2, B1 and B2.
The date of publication of the results has not yet been indicated.
