According to ADN radio, the test will be applied first through a white march during July in the 283 Traffic Departments (DT) in the municipalities that are authorized to issue driving licenses. In addition to the above, the contents of the “Book for driving in Chile” will also be updated during the next month of August.
In this regard, Conaset’s executive secretary, Luz Renata Infante, said that “Nexteo allows us to more quickly know the statistics on the measurement of this knowledge and to quickly review when there are queries that may appear unclear to the applicants to ensure a correct understanding of the content.”

Specifically, the new exam has a bank of more than 1,000 questions, which means that no one person will take the same test. In this regard, both the questions and the alternative answers will not be available to the public.
In addition, among the changes that the application of the new driving test will have, there are the renewed contents that will be included in the “Book for driving in Chile” to which those interested in acquiring a driving license will have access.
Among the content that the new exam will cover is the incorporation of content related to electromobility and the road safety law. Likewise, the ways of reacting to a road accident will be reinforced.
