The president of the ANFP and the Chilean Football Federation, Pablo Miladgave a press point, where he assured that they reached an agreement with the Referees Union and the stoppage of activities will end, so this weekend’s date will be played.
“We reached an agreement with the referees union commission, there will be a date this weekend, they are going to end the strike, we are going to reintegrate the 14 people, where they are willing to receive an objective evaluationMilad said.
According to the boss of the ANFP, they spoke with the union representatives, Cindy Nahuelcoy and Cristian Droguett, indicating that they will reinstate 14 referees who were fired in recent days, although an evaluation of their performance will be carried out.

“He did not accept this suspension, because he says that he is totally innocent, that he did not make any calls, and the fact that he refused this suspension, because he said that we were considering him guilty without considering the evidence, made us decide to fire him by not complying with a decision of the board of directors”, affirmed the helmsman of the ANFP.
The referees’ union had decided to strike to request the dismissal of Castrilli and the rehiring of 14 judges fired in recent days. A conflict to which another edge was added, when in the followingnoon an audio was revealed regarding an external intervention in the arbitration of the Huachipato-Copiapó match for the promotion.
