Third federal stimulus check

The first and second round of stimulus checks were based on tax returns and payments from 2019 and 2020.

If you have not received this payment in your account to date, we remind you that you can claim it as long as you are eligible to receive it.

Deadline to claim

The deadline to claim this third stimulus check is April 18, 2025.

The maximum time stipulated by the agency for taxpayers to claim stimulus checks is approximately three years.

According to the IRS, financial relief has reached 175 million people for an amount greater than $400 billion.

Who is eligible

People who became parents or had their salary reduced in 2021 will have more opportunities to be eligible to receive this payment in their bank account.

On the other hand, there are some taxpayers who are also eligible, if it is proven that they have made significant changes in their lives.

The IRS establishes the inclusion of these taxpayers in the payments if they became parents, if your income was higher or lower, if you were claimed as a dependent of another person, and if in 2021 the person did not have a Social Security Number (SNN).
