Marek Koźmiński is a former footballer of clubs such as Udinese Calcio, Brescia, PAOK Thessaloniki and Górnik Zabrze. Despite the severe defeat, Koźmiński did not stop dreaming of being the president of the Polish Football Association, although he clearly lost the vote (92 to 23 for Cezary Kulesza). The current presidency of Cezary Kulesza ends in 2025 and then we will see the former Polish representative once more in the elections, as he told in the program “Ciona following the eyes” on YouTube.
He was asked by one of the Internet users, “Do you have any ambitions to fight in the next election?”. The answer of former opponent Cezary Kulesza was instantaneous: “The answer is very short – yes.”
– I learned a lot from this campaign. I had previously participated in the elections of the PZPN authorities three times, but not as a candidate for president. It was a completely new experience for me. I lost. Will I try once more? We’ll see. I am aware of the mistakes made. My life is a constant learning from the mistakes I have made and continue to make. I just hope that the conclusions I draw from this are correct,” he said in an interview with the Interia portal.
Marek Koźmiński told in an interview for WP SportoweFakty what he thinks regarding Łukasz Skorupski’s statement regarding the division of the bonus for leaving the group during the World Cup in Qatar. – We are leaving the group and instead of rejoicing, we suddenly started arguing regarding this bonus. You have so much, others so much. But we argued so much that we didn’t talk to some players.
“Unfortunately, I read this with great embarrassment. These types of interviews should not be given. For sure, Łukasz told the truth, but there is a saying: “What is in the locker room, dies in the locker room” – assessed Koźmiński.
