On January 30 alone, the registration centers in Hanoi reported that the vehicles arrived for inspection during the day, there was no congestion, the number of certificates of technical safety and environmental protection was issued. field is 1,061 vehicles.

In the area of ​​Ho Chi Minh City, there are 12 motor vehicle registration centers operating (35 lines) and 7 motor vehicle registration centers shutting down (13 lines); in which 6 registration centers stopped operating due to law violations, one center stopped operating due to insufficient human resources of inspectors as prescribed.

The registration centers in Ho Chi Minh City reported that at 5:00 p.m. on January 30, they were out of cars (no cars had to wait). During the day, the vehicles coming for inspection were no longer congested and some centers had a low volume of vehicles coming for inspection.
