There are no legal arguments to avoid extradition of Juan Orlando Hernández: Ramón Barrios

What Ramón Barrios said is given within the framework of a request made by the natural judge, Edwin Francisco Ortez Cruz, who asked the MP if there are pending proceedings against Juan Orlando Hernández.

“By means of this document and with instructions from the undersigned first instance extradition judge, in relation to extradition procedure number 119-2022, instructed against the citizen Juan Orlando Hernandez, aka JOHplease order the appropriate person to report on whether there are complaints, investigations or pending cases in this country, and also inform the State of them”, details the request made by the natural judge appointed in this case.
