There are increasing signs: the smartphone giant could withdraw from Europe

Will there soon be one less smartphone manufacturer in Europe? At least that’s what several current rumors suggest.

Is Oppo leaving Europe? Allegedly, there are indications that Oppo will shut down its overseas business. The beneficiary of this should then probably be OnePlus, which is to be pushed once more by the group in Europe.

OnePlus has only been a marginal phenomenon in Europe for almost a year. But that might change soon. It is said that Oppo is planning to drop the European market in favor of OnePlus.

Oppo flagships are then to be released on the old continent under OnePlus branding. OnePlus is to appear in Europe, Africa and America and Oppo might even become a China exclusive once more.

But these are still just rumors, so we’ll have to wait and see what’s true at the end of the day.
