The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Real Estate Financial Account Fund, continues the booking process for the apartments in the new Cairo “Nozha”.

A booking terms and conditions booklet has been published, including all details relating to conditions, specifications, prices and installments, with applications open until 15 August 2024, subject to a deposit of £150,000, plus an administration fee of £1,000 .
The apartments to be offered will be fully completed, consisting of 80 apartments spread over 4 buildings in New Cairo, but will be delivered next year.
The conditions are as follows:
* The reservation applicant must be an Egyptian natural person.
*Families (husband, wife or minor children) are not allowed to apply to reserve more than one unit.
* The applicant or any member of his/her family has not previously acquired a housing unit or land.
* The terms and conditions document is considered an integral part of the sales contract and supplements its terms.
* The residential units sold are for residential use only and the buyer does not have the right to change the designated use of the unit.
