The command center stated that the death cases included 2 children, aged 1 and 3 years old respectively. Among them, the 1-year-old death case was a boy with no history of chronic diseases. Another 3-year-old boy had no history of chronic diseases. He had a fever of more than 38 degrees on May 16, and the quick test was positive. Luo Yijun, deputy head of the medical response team of the command center, said that the death of a 1-year-old boy announced today is the youngest death case this year.
