Huynh Ba Dat’s grandfather, a native of Quang Ngai, was a soldier from the South who gathered to the North, lived and settled in Nghe An. Dat’s father was also a soldier. Although he was a little worried regarding his wife and mother’s hardship when he was not at home, the rookie proudly continued his family’s glorious path.
Baby Huynh Nguyen Quynh Anh, the daughter of rookie Huynh Ba Dat, is just over 2 years old, very good and soon understands. The little girl waved her hand when she spotted her father in the army, when she went to the field to attend the ceremony of handing over and receiving troops.
After drinking milk, the little girl rested on his uncle’s shoulder and slept soundly. On the way from the ceremony area to the car to return to the unit, soldier Huynh Ba Dat turned the crowd and ran back, giving long kisses with lots of love on the cheeks of his little daughter.
“Daughter stay at home, don’t disturb mom and grandma, I’ll go and I’ll come back to see you,” the young father whispered when his eyes were watery.
