“Bethesda” has gone into overdrive to accompany the release of Starfield at the start of the school year. Helmet, controller, collector’s edition… fans of the new license will have plenty to do, and have discovered a new bonus with the Starfield Limited Edition controller.
A wallpaper to unlock with the Xbox Starfield controller
Bethesda’s biggest franchise for 25 years will have its own dedicated controller, with game-related markings and transparent triggers that reveal the vibration motors. But what is not written on the box is that the controller also entitles you to a very special bonus for Xbox: a new animated wallpaper.
To get this unique Xbox wallpaper, just connect your controller to your console, and go to the dedicated menus:
- Open console settings (via app or Xbox guide).
- Go to “General”
- Go to “Personalization”
- Go to “My background”
- Select “Animated backgrounds”
- Open category “Xbox”
- Choose “Starfield”
The dynamic Starfield wallpaper is well in the tone of the game, but remains quite discreet compared to the others previously released, Diablo 4 in mind.
