Syrian writer Rami Koussa, writer of the series Al-Nar by Fire, commented on the statements of his compatriot, Karis Bashar, regarding the work, in which she confirmed that director Mohamed Abdel Aziz distorted it and changed its direction.
Koussa shared some of Karis’ statements regarding the series with a lengthy post on his official Facebook account, in which he confirmed that he did not doubt for a moment his decision, and throughout that period he was sure of the correctness of what he did, but he was waiting for time to do justice to him and one of the work makers came out and confirmed his words, commenting: “I was I am waiting for time to do justice to me and confirm my story.”
He added that Karis confirmed his narration with her statements, and that the text was attacked and stolen by saying that she was surprised by the change and modification of her character at work, and commented: “What Karis said is the tip of the iceberg,” hoping that he would not have to disclose everything that happened during the work so as not to exacerbate the crisis.
And Koussa indicated that there is no problem between him and the son of the director, Tim, who played the character (gunpowder) in the series, saying: “I love him very much and wish him a wonderful future,” pointing out that he feels sad regarding him because his father distorted his image in front of people because of the scenes he put in.
