The world’s oldest person reveals the secret of the diet that helped her to be alive until the age of 128 years

Al-Marsad newspaper: Joanna Mazebuca, 128, the oldest living woman in the world, revealed the secret of her long life, explaining that eating milk and spinach allowed her to live until she celebrated her 128th birthday on May 11.

And according to the “Mirror British Small” newspaper, Joanna spoke regarding her childhood, saying: “Our life on the corn farm was good, beautiful and free of problems, she is the largest in a family of 12 children, and three of her brothers are still alive.”

She added, “My childhood diet consisted of fresh milk and spinach. This is exactly what has allowed her to survive until now, pointing out that she is eating modern foods that she is accustomed to.”

According to the small British newspaper, the Mirror, the centenarian has become hard of hearing, but has managed to preserve her sight. And move with the help of a crutch only. She was given a sofa by the authorities of the city of Matlusani where she lives, for her birthday. It is considered the oldest man in the world currently.
