“I can’t believe this”: the witness who recorded how the bridge collapsed in Baltimore
A cargo ship crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, United States last Tuesday and some witnesses recorded how they experienced the moment.

Early on Tuesday, March 26, the cargo ship Dalí collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland (United States).
“Everything was gone, the entire bridge… there was nothing there anymore,” said Jayme Krause, an Amazon worker who was on shift at the time the accident happened.
The 32-year-old man narrated in a video posted on social networks that he was working his night shift when he heard a very loud noise and the package cart in front of him shook violently, a situation that made him think that he was He had hit something in the cellar.
However, when asking their other co-workers if they had felt the same thing, they all answered: “yes, it was like a loud roar, thunder.”

“Someone crashed into the Bay Bridge, there are police everywhere,” is heard in the video shared by Krause, which was recorded moments following the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed. “I’m still in shock, it’s a shame it happened,” Krause said.
Other witnesses identified as John commented for the American media New York Post what the moment was like and said that “he felt his house collapse when the bridge was hit.”
