The will of the late Brazilian player Pele revealed a resounding surprise following he admitted a secret he had denied all his life.
And the newspaper “Marca” said, on Tuesday: “Pele denied his daughter all his life, but he included her in his will,” which was opened following his death.
Pele has always denied being the father of Sandra Regina, even following a court DNA test proved that she was indeed his daughter.
And new details continue to emerge regarding the life of the Brazilian star, Edson Arantes do Nascimento, known as “Pele”, who died in late December.
After his death, his surprising will was opened, and he “bequeathed his estate to all his seven children, including Sandra Regina”.
Sandra Regina was born in 1964 following her mother, Anisio Machado, had an affair with Pele, when she was his cleaner, according to the newspaper.
Regina died 17 years ago, without knowing that her father would one day consider her one of his children, according to the newspaper.
Pele met Sandra Regina’s children the day before his death, and one of his last wishes was to meet his grandchildren, Gabriel Arantes do Nascimento and Octavio Villento Neto.
