There is a couple in China, a woman surnamed Zhong set up a “fake divorce”, but the fake drama was real, and she even pocketed 1.2 million yuan (regarding NT$5.37 million) to sell the house. But she claimed that everything happened for a reason. She chose to divorce and not divide property because her ex-husband challenged her bottom line. In order to compete for property, the two sides divorced frequently for 4 years, and the result was also released.
Zhong Nv and Ma Nan participated in the “Gold Medal Mediation” program last year. Ma Nan accused his ex-wife of setting up a “fake divorce” scheme to deceive him for divorce, and sold the house and pocketed the money from the sale of the house. Ma Nan hopes to share 1/3 of the 10,000 RMB house payment, which is 400,000 RMB, but Zhong Nv is only willing to give 150,000 to 200,000 RMB.
Ma Nan pointed out that the house was originally the joint property of the husband and wife, and half of them should have been separated when they divorced.
