As noted by Reporter Dan TriAt regarding 15:30, thousands of vehicles from Ho Chi Minh City gradually poured into the western provinces. The section through Tan Tuc town, vehicles are congested when they arrive at the intersection of National Highway 1A – Doan Nguyen Tuan Street.
