The winner of the ‘Pepsi Battle of the Bands’ music competition, which started on July 29 last month, has been announced.
The final telecast of ‘Pepsi Battle of the Bands’ will be aired on the night of August 24, but the winner of the competition was announced on the night of August 23. After winning the competition, Nasir Zaka of ‘Pepsi Battle of the Bands’ talked to the media in detail about his bands and efforts to make a name for himself in the music world.
Nasir Zaka said that initially the name of his ‘band’ was something else and his band changed its name 3 times in the last 9 years and for the fourth time they agreed on the name ‘Uj’. According to him, he founded the band in 2008 and in the initial year several new singers and musicians worked with his band for a while and then parted ways.
He attributed his success to team work and hard work of all his members and said that they all move forward after consensus with each other. It should be noted that ‘Oj’ band belongs to Karachi and consists of ‘Nasir Zaka, Syed Hasnain Ali, Abdul Rahman Sajid and Mohammad Kashif’.
The band performed the song ‘Tears’ in the finale.
