“Prosecutor Santiago Vismara reports that he is in full investigation of the causes that led to the death of Emmily Rodrigues Santos Gomes, which occurred on the morning of March 30 of this year in the Recoleta neighborhood, when she fell from the sixth floor to the internal patio of a building”, maintains the brief document.
“On Saturday, April 1, an investigative statement was taken from a 52-year-old man, owner of the apartment where the victim fell, who is still detained. The investigation is ongoing and with different measures to be produced,” the text adds.
The case is in charge of the investigating judge Martín Del Viso, who avoided commenting on the development of the investigation.
