It should be noted that the American President Trump announced the withdrawal of the American army at the beginning of this year, after which a peace agreement was reached between the Taliban and the United States, according to which the two sides no longer target each other.
In October, the chairman of the US forces, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, said that the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan, which has been suffering from civil war for years, would be legitimate.
He stated the condition that the withdrawal of American forces depends on the reduction of violence and the agreement with the Taliban in February this year. He said that America is trying to end the war with great responsibility.
