The US has postponed the full implementation of the ban on Huawei until May 15

The US has postponed the implementation of full sanctions on the Chinese company Huawei for another 45 days. The temporary license granted to Huawei will now expire on May 15 instead of April 1.

Until this period, US companies will be able to continue doing business with Huawei. Basically, this is the fourth time that the US government has temporarily suspended Huawei. License or Exemption is being given.

In May last year, the US blacklisted Huawei for spying charges against the Chinese company, which Huawei has always denied.

However, Huawei was then issued a temporary license for 3 months to continue supporting phones and networking equipment, which was then extended for 90 days in August, then another 3 months in November. In February 2020, 45 days were added which has now been increased to 90 days.

As a result of this ban, Huawei’s new phones have faced loss of access to Google services and apps and sales of the devices have also been affected in various countries.

Huawei has also worked on introducing Huawei Search instead of Google Search in its phones, which was also reported this month.

The company also developed its own operating system, but currently it will not be used in smartphones, but it is being used in other devices.

Huawei introduced the Huawei App Gallery to deal with the effects of the restrictions, while the navigation app and other services are also in the works.
