WASHINGTON, Jan 21 (Archyde.com) – U.S. Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said on Friday she had expressed Washington’s concern to Mexican officials about the potential negative impact of Mexico’s proposed energy reforms on U.S. private investment in the Latin American country.
Granholm said in a statement after meeting with Mexican officials that the proposed reform could also hamper joint efforts by the United States and Mexico on clean energy and climate.
