Léo: The urban municipality adopts an additional budget of nearly 300 million FCFA
Léo, August 22, 2022 (AIB)-The special delegation of the urban municipality of Léo adopted Tuesday and last Wednesday in ordinary session, an additional budget of nearly 300 million FCFA.
The special delegation of the urban municipality of Léo met on Tuesday August 16 and Wednesday August 17, 2022 in an ordinary budgetary session, under the chairmanship of its president Moctar Ilboudo.
It reviewed and adopted the 2020 and 2021 administrative and management accounts and the 2022 supplementary budget.
After examination, the 2022 supplementary management budget, balanced in resources and expenditure at the sum of 292,056,398 CFA francs, was adopted on Wednesday August 17, 2022 unanimously by the members of the delegation present at the session subject to amendments. .
But first, it was the administrative and management accounts for 2020 and 2021 that were examined before being adopted on the first day of the session.
On the second day, the special delegation of the commune of Léo mainly deliberated on a certain number of relevant questions which concern the life of the community.
This is a deliberation granting collection costs to the structures in charge of collection, a deliberation granting a subsidy to the municipal police and finally a deliberation on the allocation of land to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the construction of the merchant’s house and street shops.
The opportunity was also given to the partner structures of the municipality to discuss with the members of the municipal governing body on their activities for which they intervene in the community.
In terms of prospects, the special delegation made recommendations aimed at increasing the municipality’s resources and controlling investment expenditure.
