The upset that Shinichi Hatori showed when explaining “Toru Tamagawa punishment”: J-CAST TV watch

On September 28 (2022) broadcast “Morning Show”, a program regular who commented that “Dentsu is included” in the condolence speech of former Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga at the funeral of the late Shinzo Abe, and then canceled his remarks and apologized. Regarding commentator Toru Tamagawa (TV Asahi) being suspended from work for 10 days, moderator Shinichi Hatori explained this in the broadcast on October 5th.

“Oh, it was the week following next.”

“From today, Mr. Tamagawa will be suspended for 10 days. It means that he will be banned from appearing on 10 broadcasts. I’m very sorry to all the people in various fields and the viewers who felt this way,” he said, bowing his head deeply.

Hatori: According to the plan, Mr. Tamagawa will return next Wednesday. Once once more, I am very sorry.”

Hatori is always calm, but perhaps because she is upset, she mistakenly says that Tamagawa’s return to the program will be Wednesday next week. “Oh, it was the week following next. I’ve got a 10-day ban, so I’ll be starting next Wednesday,” she quickly corrected.

Perhaps because the program is showing an apology attitude, Tamagawa’s stand-in commentator was not appointed, and even in the weather corner, Tamagawa’s illustration usually appears as a guideline for clothing, but this morning there was no such thing. Just a sincere apology.
