“Lucky in games, unlucky in love” – with Harry Kane (30) the saying has to be adjusted slightly. When it comes to Bayern’s goalscorer, it is probably more appropriate to speak of “luck in the game and bad luck when looking for an apartment”.
This man is a phenomenon. Sometimes he hits from the halfway line, sometimes with his head, sometimes with his left, sometimes with his right, then he plays a dream pass – Harry Kane can do it all!
Harry Kane: 15 goals in ten Bundesliga games for FC Bayern
Above all, scoring goals is in the Englishman’s blood. Kane has already scored 15 times in ten Bundesliga games. A really crazy value!
With his hat-trick at Borussia Dortmund, Bayern’s 100 million euro man overtook Stuttgart’s Serhou Guirassy (27), the current top scorer, who is currently injured, and equaled Gerd Müller’s record. Anyone who extrapolates the average to 34 games quickly realizes that Robert Lewandowski should be worried regarding his 41-goal record.
Kane is simply unstoppable. Only the Munich housing market is slowing the Brits down. As Bavaria’s joker Thomas Müller also reported following Kane’s latest hat-trick.
Thomas Müller: “He has to slowly change hotel rooms”
Finally, Bayern’s striker followed up with three goals once morest Bochum, three once morest Darmstadt and another three in Dortmund. And the game ball is always available as a gift. “He has to slowly change hotel rooms,” recommends Müller: “Or finally find a house that is suitable for storing all the hat-trick balls.”
What sounds flippant – and Müller certainly meant it that way – has a serious background: Harry Kane still hasn’t found a place to stay in Munich. And that despite the fact that he has been at home with FC Bayern in Munich since August 12, 2023.
And yet no one has to worry regarding Kane and his family. Kane still lives in the hotel in Munich with his wife Katie. And not in any flophouse, but appropriately in one Hotel Four Seasons Kempinski Munich.
The Kanes have been living in a suite in the luxury hostel on Maximilianstrasse since August, which according to the British daily newspaper “The Sun“Costs a whopping 10,000 pounds (around 11,530 euros) – per night. A look at the noble hotel’s website reveals: The price is not a lie. The Ludwig Suite offers up to six guests pure luxury on 190 square meters – from 11,043.53 euros per night.
“Feel like a real queen or king when you spend your stay in Munich in the Royal Suite,” the hotel writes on the website, which is probably not an understatement. A private hot tub, private sauna, dining room, lounge area, air conditioning, 24-hour butler service and walk-in closet are included, but breakfast is not.

But that won’t fail because the striker certainly has the necessary change for that. If you add up his stay in the luxury hotel so far, it comes to around one million pounds (around 1.15 million euros) that Kane has spent on rental costs since his arrival in Munich.
Kane is considered one of the biggest earners at FC Bayern. His annual salary is estimated at around 20 million euros per season. Most recently he is said to have looked at a villa in Grünwald with his wife. The stately property with eight bedrooms is said to have a rent of around 80,000 euros per month. A real bargain – a year would cost around a million euros. He also pays that in the hotel for the first three months.
