The pictures collection “Aqueous” is a singular exhibition of underwater portrait images of well-known Lithuanian swimming champions. Pictures reveal the connection between man and water. “Water mild” combines the physique, motion, the emotion of the primary contact, which is conveyed to the viewer by means of sensual graphic pictures. The motif of water, as a conductor of type, was a type sought for a very long time within the creator’s works. Photographer Rita Stankevičiūtė captured Linas Katišytė, Giedrias Titenės, Robertas Žulpas and different well-known nationwide swimmers diving from a singular angle, from the underside of the pool.
