What if the glamorous idol was an assassin in the past?

‘Jenna’, a member of the girl group ‘MAVE:’, has a unique career. As an idol trainee, she worked as an assassin and traveled around the battlefield. A girl group and an assassin are stories that rarely go together, but her activities at the time can be seen directly in Paragon: The Over Prime.

Paragon: The Overprime is a third-person AOS game that started early access in December of last year, and if you select Jungle or Assassin, ‘Jenna’, which has a youthful feel, appears. Jenna was a virtual human and an idol trainee in the Earth dimension, but was summoned to the prime planet for a special occasion and continues to fight by linking various skills with a sword.

Like an idol trainee, he deals with enemies with flexible movements, and whenever he uses a skill, he rotates his body greatly or performs somersaults to subdue the enemy. Right-click charges with a sword thrust, and it can be linked with a jump, so you can jump into battle quickly beyond the enemy’s expectations.

Movements during battle are part of the technical prowess, and all actions, from running to charging, swinging weapons at enemies and using skills, are as natural as Maeve, which recently appeared in music programs. High-quality actions and movements are applied not only to Zena but also to all characters in the game, further enhancing the fun of play.

Most melee characters, including Jenna, often break into the middle of the enemy line while fighting. This is a difficult part to pay attention to as the character moves lightly from a third-person perspective, but all melee characters gain additional health or shields when using skills.

In general, when an assassin character like Xena is strong in AOS games, the power of ranged dealers or supporters tends to be greatly reduced. However, Paragon: The Overprime maintains the tension of battle by strengthening the damage of ranged dealers and reducing the survivability of melee characters.

Although there is only one skin for Jenna, one skin is provided to all characters, just out of the existing Christmas and wedding themes. As Maeve is successfully gaining global popularity, it is also noteworthy whether a stage costume skin will appear.

Maeve and Paragon: The Overprime achieves a distant metaverse and game combination. All of the main characters from Paragon: The Mystery of the Overprime, The Seven Deadly Sins, Everyone’s Marble, and Blade & Soul Revolution are supporting Maeve through the ‘Pandora Challenge’ video.

Generally, the levels interested in games and idols are different, but those who are interested in Paragon: The Overprime and Maeve share the same hobbies and topics, so they can support each other’s growth. There is also a possibility that the combination of the two contents will go beyond a challenge and remain an example of development.
