In the 2016 Super Bowl season, the New England Patriots made the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history from a 28-3 deficit. No wonder, really, because the Patriots had by far the best defense in the league and, led by Tom Brady, were able to bring the third best offense in the NFL onto the field. The quarterback had a string of stellar passes in Julian Edelmann, Rob Gronkowski, Martellus Bennett and Danny Amendola, supported on the ground by running back trio LeGarette Blount, Dion Lewis and James Develin.
