Dr. Muhammad Al-Dwaini, Undersecretary of Al-Azhar, said that Al-Azhar pays great attention to the field of mental health, so he established a psychological support unit at the Al-Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa in 2021, to link religious sciences with other sciences and benefit from them in the field of advocacy and awareness, especially in modern and emerging challenges such as addiction. And suicide and atheism, and the Center for the Development of the Education of Foreign and Foreign Students has established a unit for psychological support for foreign students, providing them with all support and solving their psychological problems.

Dr. Al-Dwaini added that the matter was not limited to the field of advocacy only, but Al-Azhar also included it in the courses of those who are regarding to get married, to provide them with a solution to all the problems that they may encounter in their marital life, indicating that Al-Azhar touched on the introduction of psychological support in many areas of advocacy, education and advocacy.
