The UAR confirmed 28 new summons from Los Pumas 7s, to face the different competitions that will be held during the current month of February and March in different parts of the world. After a brief break, following competing in the Hamilton and Sydney tournaments, the Los Pumas 7′s squad resumed training last week, but now they will deepen their work with a new National Training Camp.
Said meeting will take place at the Casa Pumas headquarters, between February 14 and 18, and the head coach of the national team, Santiago Gómez Cora, summoned some 28 players.
The extensive list chosen by the coach, Santiago Gómez Cora, has the presence of three players who play rugby from Córdoba.
They are Luciano González (La Tablada), Gastón Revol (La Tablada) and Germán Schulz (Tala RC), who will represent rugby in our province together with their teammates during the dates of the World Ruby Sevens Series 2002/2023 that will be played in Los Angeles (February 25 and 26) and the Vancouver Sevens (March 3-5).
In addition, the same combocados will participate in the qualifying event for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the Pan American Games in Chile.
