Yesterday, the third evacuation plane from Sudan, carrying 126 people from five countries, arrived in the UAE. The UAE continues the process of evacuating the most needy groups of patients, children, the elderly and women, whom the state places on top of its priorities, within the framework of the UAE’s established values and its humanitarian efforts to enhance international solidarity and cooperation.
The UAE will provide all hosting and care services during their stay in the country, prior to their safe transfer to their countries.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation reiterated the UAE’s commitment to providing aid and assistance to countries in times of need, noting work with its partners and the international community to achieve everything that serves the interests of the Sudanese people.
