The UAE has achieved the desired goal of the “National Campaign for the Covid-19 Vaccine”, and announced the completion of 100% vaccination and immunization of the target groups in the country, according to what was reported by the official news agency “WAM”.
The campaign aimed to vaccinate and immunize groups: “the first line of defense, volunteers, community members of the age groups specified according to the type of vaccination, the elderly and those with chronic diseases whose health condition allows them to take it.”
Thus, the UAE will be the first country in the world to achieve a 100% vaccination rate for the target groups, according to global data reviewed by Al Arabiya.net.
The UAE, through the Ministry of Health and Community Development, worked to provide a Covid-19 vaccine to all members of society, in an effort to reach the acquired immunity resulting from vaccination, which in turn contributes to reducing the number of cases and controlling the Covid-19 virus.
