The two new courts finally accessible in Magnanville

More than 3 months! This is the time that passed between the inauguration and the opening of the two new padel courts at the Firmin Riffaud complex. If it took so long for Magnanvilloises to benefit from it, it was due to a disagreement between the municipality and the Magnanville Tennis Club, which was initially supposed to manage the two courts itself. “A few days before the signing of the management agreement between the city and the sports association concerned, its president announced his refusal to sign,” declared the Town Hall in a press release.

It finally decided to opt for municipal management of these two new facilities. These last three months have therefore made it possible to choose a mobile application for booking courts, to launch work to ensure the automated opening of the courts, or even to purchase equipment to offer for rental. Everything seems ready now: for a 1.5 hour session, you will have to pay 15 euros if you come from outside, 8 euros if you live in Magnanville, and 12 euros for approved partners.
