Like every year, the new Galaxy A should be a real hit thanks to Samsung’s popularity in this segment rather than for their respective technical sheets. The Korean giant has been working on the new generation for several months now, which should this time be composed of three main models.

We will find Galaxy A14, Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A54. For its part, the Galaxy A74 would have been abandoned, since Samsung would rather launch a new Galaxy S22 FE. Anyway, we now know a little more regarding the two most affordable models, especially in terms of their design.

The Galaxy A34 will keep a notch

On his Twitter account, leaker Evan Blass unveiled two official images of the Galaxy A34 and A54. On these, we can see the front of the smartphones. The back side is not revealed, but we had already seen it on other renderings: those of the OnLeaks leaker. As a reminder, we know that the Galaxy A34 and A54 will inherit Galaxy S23 design on the back this yearwith three cameras placed in individual islands.

This change is therefore good news, since Samsung has removed one of the useless photo sensors from its device, and this choice will probably allow him not to increase the price of his smartphone. However, the Galaxy A and Galaxy S of new generations now have a design that is too similarwhich might displease some fans who will not appreciate paying almost 1000 euros for a smartphone far from having a unique appearance.

It is especially from the front that we will see the difference with the high-end models. As can be seen in the official images, the Galaxy A34 will keep a notch at the top of its screen, which will house the front camera. The Galaxy A54 is very similar, but it doesn’t have a notch. Samsung is expected to lift the lid on its two smartphones in the coming weeks.
