A 52-year-old man surnamed Fan in Taipei City met with a 29-year-old man surnamed Chen yesterday followingnoon (21st) to pay 3.14 million yuan worth of virtual currency “Tether”, but following he got the money, he drove away. At regarding 11 o’clock in the evening, the police received a report that Fan’s suspected vehicle appeared near the Shilin official residence, and that there were guns and other wounding weapons in the car, and immediately launched an online interception, and finally stopped Fan Nan’s vehicle in Datong District for inspection. Riot guns, steel balls, etc. were launched on the spot, and they will be handed over in accordance with the law.
According to the police investigation, Chen Nan handed over NT$3.14 million worth of Tether to Fan Xian at around 17:00 on the 21st in the area of Minquan West Road, Zhongshan District. Chen Nan was so angry that he went to the Datong branch at 18:00 to file a complaint of embezzlement and breach of trust.

Unexpectedly, Chen Nan found Fan’s suspected dark-colored car in front of Shilin’s official residence at 11 o’clock in the middle of the night.
