A judge from Concepción was beaten during the theft of his vehicle and cell phone, at the height of the La Greda sector in Penco. According to his account, he ended up with blood following the violent attack.
The judge of Concepción, Carlos Hidalgo, was the victim of a trap that took place this weekend, on the route that connects the capital of the Bío Bío region with the commune of Penco.
As Hidalgo indicated in a Facebook post, this happened at regarding 8:40 p.m., at the height of the traffic light in the La Greda sector in Penco.
In his story, the judge adds that he was the victim of a trap, where his BMV vehicle and cell phone were stolen.
“When asking for help, some passed byIt might be that when they saw me with blood on my face from the blow they gave me on the head, they got scared,” added Carlos Hidalgo, who pointed out that a plainclothes policeman just passed by, who helped him and took him to the Hospital Penco-Lirquénwhere his family and friends arrived.
“I’m fine. The traps we see on TV are very real, these gentlemen appeared from everywhereThey are very young and very violent people, because despite telling them that I was going to give them the car, they beat me,” the judge sentenced.
Carlos Hidalgo is on medical leave for three days, as reported by the courts. The Prosecutor’s Office decreed the proceedings to try to find the perpetrators of the act.
