Barwani, Saudi’s first female traveler, was received by Neyadi at the space station. Neyadi also holds the rare distinction of being able to host another Arab traveler in space. The first Emirati astronaut, Hassa Al Mansoori, who spent eight days on the International Space Station in 2019, and Sultan Al Neyadi, who is currently traveling in space, are the only Emiratis who have traveled to space.
