Victor Escobar, who was a transporter, suffered a serious accident 36 years ago, followed by Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, partial paralysis, and hypertension in the last 15 years.

In youth, Escobar was cargo vehicle driver and traveled through Colombian routes.
