The judge personally went to the scene to investigate and found that as long as someone was swimming in the swimming pool on the top floor, there would be noises like basketball slaps in the homes of the residents on the 23rd floor below. The maximum sound was 42.1 decibels.
Yu Lie, chairman of the civil engineer, said, “The design of the swimming pool on the top floor is wrong in that case. People on the floor below the swimming pool will definitely protest. If the swimming pool is destroyed and rebuilt, it should basically be elevated so that the swimming pool can be suspended in the air. There is a space of 10 cm and 20 cm between the floor and the floor.”
Residents reported to the community that there was no improvement, and although the community announced that residents were prohibited from swimming in freestyle and butterfly style, the downstairs residents were still suffering from noise disturbance. They actually asked the mansion manager, but no response was received. Compensation, the whole case can be appealed.
