The ongoing dispute between social network X and the Supreme Court of Brazil is spilling over into another companyElon Musk, Starlink. The Supreme Court of Brazil (represented here by Judge Alexander de Moraes) has indeed decided to freeze Starlink’s finances (in Brazil only)… in order to force X to comply with Brazilian law. The Brazilian authorities could indeed dip into Starlink’s accounts in order to pay the fines potentially owed by X, the social network having no legal representative in the country.

Of course, Starlink did not really appreciate this decision, which was judged “unfounded”et “that Starlink should be liable for fines imposed—unconstitutionally—against individuals” The space company has also announced that it will take the matter to court. All this fuss comes after Brazilian leaders decided to investigate a political “plot” aimed at bringing down the government in power.

Faced with this deluge of legal decisions, Elon Musk bared his teeth with a post showing the image of Judge Moraes behind bars (image generated by AI): “One day, Alexandre (de Moraes), this image of you in prison will be reality. Remember these words.” In another post, Elon Musk states that “Alexandre de Moraes is an evil dictator disguised as a judge.
