Al-Marsad Newspaper: A consultant in cardiology and arterial catheterization, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, revealed the food that the heart loves.
Al-Nimr said, in a tweet via his account on the “Twitter” website: “Food that the heart loves:
1- Lots of vegetables and fruits.
2- A little salt.
3- Low in sugars and starches, meaning less rice, dates, donuts, honey, and pancakes.
He continued, “Refrain from adding sugar to tea and coffee, especially for those who suffer from overweight and diabetes.”
