For a quarter of a century, the law on growth and economic opportunities in Africa (African Growth and Opportunity Act – Agoa) is the stone angular economic relations between the United States and the continent. And since last March, the African diplomatic corps has Washington has joined forces with the American business community and African to form the Alliance for Renewal and Improvement of Agoa (Area), in order to support the immediate renewal et long term of the program, with some improvements techniques targeted. But today, these relationships cross a few turbulence.
